Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make cancellations as simple as possible.

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund of the tour price.
  • Less than 48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Same day or No-show: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Us (Weather/Safety)

In the rare event we cancel due to bad weather or safety concerns, you will be offered either a full refund or a reschedule.

Logistics & Arrival

⚠ Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.

Late arrivals may result in missing the tour with no refund. We operate on a strict schedule to ensure all guests maximize their island time.

Changes to Booking

You may request to change your tour date at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Liability & Agreement

The tour provider is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. By booking, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
